Suds Surf school offers a range of activities such as surfing, bodyboarding, standup paddle boarding and a rental cottage at Sandend beach in the beautiful water of the Moray Firth located in Malt Whisky country.

I started the first surf school on Tiree in 2004 but we are now based year-round at Sandend on the Moray Firth. We offer surf lessons and hire and standup paddle board lessons, hire or tours. You can also hire a range of equipment including wetsuits, bodyboards, skimboards and snorkels. We have a fisherman's cottage for weekly rentals next to Sandend beach - see the Hire section for details.

Whether you're a tentative first timer, a budding intermediate, or an aspiring expert, we've got something to suit. We offer activities, lessons and hire for groups and individuals; club or school groups; stag and hen parties; or corporate groups.
