Jump in the water in comfort with the best quality wetsuits, surf boards and SUP boards for lessons, hire or purchase

You will be learning in comfort as we use 5mm thick, glued and blindstitched, C-Skins and Xcel winter wetsuits with boots, gloves, and hoods when required for the colder months. With our high quality equipment (and a bit of exertion) you'll easily keep the cold at bay and be ready to take on whatever weather is thrown at you. Although both Tiree and Moray enjoy some of the sunniest weather in the UK it's still good to keep the elements out!

Suds Surf School uses soft, safe surfboards for beginners. There are soft-top and hard boards available in a range of sizes for intermediates and advanced surfers to progress onto. We use inflatable paddleboards for safety and ease of transport but also have hard boards available.

Equipment is available to purchase so please ask if you decide you would like to buy your own gear. We have accounts with many of the top manufacturers; such as Luna, Xcel, C-Skins, O'Neill, Alder, CBC, NSP, Torq, Channel Islands, Lost, Pukas, Pyzel, Firewire, FCS, Ocean & Earth, Creatures plus many more, and should be able to recommend and provide something to meet your requirements. Larger items are ordered on request but we have in stock the items listed below and smaller items such as wax, leashes and fins. We hope to have our own branded stickers, rashvests, t-shirts and hooded tops soon too! Please ask for more details.
